The vision for Holy Fire Fellowship began in my heart while I was training for ministry at the Brownsville Revival in Pensacola, Florida.  The Lord spoke to my heart to plant a church in Brisbane, Australia that would be a base for revival and missions in the South Pacific region.  After I graduated from the Brownsville Revival School of Ministry, I was sent out from my home church, Abundant Life Christian Fellowship, to fulfill this call with my soon to be precious wife, Anna.

The moment we started meeting in Brisbane (June 1999) God began to move powerfully.  God gave us quite a few divine appointments with believers of kindred hearts, who felt called to join the vision.  As the church started people began to experience God’s transforming power.  Many came to receive a fresh touch from God and the tangible presence of God could often be felt.  Numerous people received the baptism of the Holy Spirit and God confirmed His Word with miracles, signs and wonders.  Those early meetings were also marked by deep repentance and fervent prayer. 

Since that time we have continued to pastor this growing church.  At the moment we are celebrating 10 years of ministry. There are a number of new ministries that are being birthed through this pioneering community and we take great joy in each new expression of God's Kingdom. We have not been without our share of trials and tribulation, but they have served to mature us.  As a result, Holy Fire Fellowship is known as a place where God speaks and the Holy Spirit moves. We are a loving community that trusts in God’s grace to give people hope and freedom.

Pastor Glen & Anna Gerhauser are members of the Fellowship of Christian Assemblies and keep an accountable relationship with their home church Abundant Life Christian Fellowship. Our church is also a member the Fellowship of Christian Assemblies.
